Order details are retained so we are able to view your order history should any customer service issues need to be resolved.

To assist you with your printing requirements and sales and marketing promotional materials, and tailor our service to your needs we may ask you for feed back, about your business – supply of this information is entirely at your discretion and is optional – we do it to help us continuously evolve our customer service, however, we do store all this data to help us to continue to effectively meet your needs.
